Refunds and exchanges policy

We only return defective equipment all sales are final. If Defective we will exchange the Defective part. Tunes or use of the tuner Tablet are non refundable items. we can't remove a tune after the tuner has been used on your Seadoo or Yamaha. Software is not refundable on PWC.  

We are not responsible for defective/damaged Parts on the customers machine( wear rings, impeller, engine, or jet pumps.  Contact  us  before  installation.  all  pre  order  Cancellations  are  subject  to  a  20%  restock  and  cancellation  fee.  (RTG  Sound  System  are  not  a  Refundable Preorder)Preorder  are  locked  in  and  if  we  cancel   your  item  with  the  manufacturer  and  they  charge  a  fee.  That  fee  is  taken  from  your  refund  if  its  a  refundable  item..  Any  Pre  order  render  is  just  a  concept  the  final  product  can  change  or  look  a  different  than  the  render  or  concept  artwork.  Once  you  see  the  real  product  you  must  decide  before  its  shipped  to  keep  it.  All  preorder  items  are  posted  or  shown  to  customers  before  they  are  shipped.  Once  order  is  received  you  can  return  but  there  is  a  25%  restock  fee  and  we  do  not  return  shipping  fees.  If  your  purchase  is  tied  to  WJP  Dream  Jet  Ski  Giveaway  entries  your  refund  must  be  requested  before  the  giveaway  is  deadline  has  passed.  No  refunds  of  any  kind  will  be  granted  after  the  giveaway  deadline  has  closed.    You  received  entries  that  make  you  eligible  to  win  one  of  our  Giveaway  PWC  and  those  entries  cannot  be  removed  after  the  giveaway  has  taken  place.  You  will  be  eligible  for  a  store  credit .    

items cannot be used in any fashion if we accept a return.  If items are used we will refuse the return.   Do not return any merchandise without calling and receiving a return authorization number (RA#). This number must be used for all returns and must appear  on the outside of the box. No returns are allowed on electrical parts, tools or special order items. Items returned must include all original packaging and labels in good condition. (Free of dents, tears, markings, writing of any kind, greasy fingerprints etc.)  All sales are final after 15 days from the invoice  date and are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Items returned with damage or missing the original packaging will be rejected and the return will not be processed.   We  do  not  cover  return  shipping  on  item  unless  the  product  is  proven  to  be  defective  or  faulty.  Triton  race  exhaust  are  not  a  warranty  item  because  they  are  race  use  only
